Emergency Contact

I enjoyed Choi’s most recent book, Yolk, and knew I wanted to read more of her work!

The writing style and switching POV chapters were fantastic! I loved the characters, our MCs Penny and Sam, but also the side characters. The development was really well done-Choi does an amazing job creating complex characters that grow over the course of the novel. I usually prefer plot-driven stories but Emergency Contact was a quick and engaging read for a character-driven book!
