Beloved

I read this for a college class in 2015/2016 and originally gave it 3 stars because I only half paid attention with all the other assigned reading I had to juggle but...

Now a decade later I revisited it as I’ve grown to read more from (and love) Morrison’s work! I’m so glad I did because I loved it. It moved me and once again showcases Morrison’s literary genius with her lyrical writing and emotional depth!
